Welcome! Craig Salerno Counseling is a collection of Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselors (LAC), and integration coaches focused on supporting the mental health and transformation of our clients. We offer an array of services including individual psychotherapy, coaching couples work, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration, and clinical supervision/consultation.
Our specialties include addressing addiction and substance use issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and spiritual or existential concerns. We draw from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and also work from a Contemplative Psychotherapy frame utilizing mindfulness and meditation. Our psychedelic therapists are trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and are passionate about psychedelic integration.
We strive to combine the evidence-based practices of Western psychotherapy with the wisdom and compassion of Eastern psychology. We look forward to working with you!
Clinical Services
Our team works to address core wounds and instilled beliefs that hold us back from being our most authentic selves. We are often stuck in patterns of thoughts and behaviors that create pain and suffering. By deepening into the therapeutic process, we will work to liberate from experiences of fear and avoidance, and move towards personal and relational health.
Psychedelic Psychotherapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a modality that combines the support of psychotherapy with the medicinal and psychedelic benefits of ketamine. Ketamine serves as a catalyst to bring forward therapeutic content and non-ordinary states of consciousness, while the psychotherapist is present to support clients with deepening and integrating these experiences.
Integration Services
We are committed to supporting individuals through the process of unpacking and integrating psychedelic experiences. The support we provide focuses on allowing the wisdom and intelligence of such experiences to unfold and initiate insight and change. With proper support and space, such experiences can become pivotal in inspiring compassion and a deep change.
